Here is the guidelines for requesting Leave of Absence & Reduced Activity.

Leave of Absence:

Every staff member is granted to use Leave of Absence (LOA) to take a break from moderating in-game. However you must follow the following rules to avoid abuse of the systems.

  • Staff member can request leave with it needing to be greater then 3 days and less then 1 month for it to be approved by a member of Management.

  • If you need a longer LOA it can be approved by Management+ via our support system under Management Support.

  • You are not allowed to be in-game/moderate during your LOA. Chatting in Discord is allowed.

  • Logan City Management has the rights to force end your LOA at anytime. This includes denying the LOA request.

You must submit your LoA by Thursday of the week to be exempt from the QUOTA. Any LoA requests made after Thursday will not grant you an exemption for that week's QUOTA.

Reduced Activity:

Every staff member is allowed to take Reduced Activity (R/A) while remaining on duty. However, during Reduced Activity, you will still have an assigned quota, which is half of the standard staff quota.

  • The Reduced Activity request must be a valid reason.

  • The request must contain an end date. You can request and extension via Management Support.

  • Requesting through tickets is not allowed. (Use the command).

  • Logan City Management has the rights to force end your Reduced Activity at anytime. This includes denying the R/A request.

You must submit your R/A by Thursday of the week to receive a reduced quota for that week's QUOTA. Requests made after Thursday will not qualify for a reduction in that week's QUOTA.
