Staff Policies
Here contains all of the policies that all staff members must follow
All policies that are created will be enforced by members of Management & Internal Affairs and can be subjected to change at anytime by Directive with or without notice.
Retirement Policy:
All members of staff have the right to retire their position within the staff team at any point in time and will be given the Retired Staff role.
All staff members are allowed to reinstate into the team, but they will return at a lower rank than the one they held before retiring.
You are not allowed to reinstate back into the Leadership Team or any High Ranked role.
You are only allowed to reinstate twice. Once you have reached the maximum you need to re-apply.
Members of Management & Directive hold the right to deny any reinstatement request that is made.
All retired staff members are allowed to reinstate at any point in time. However, you are only given 4 Months otherwise you will no longer be eligible.

Transparency Policy:
Right to Awareness:
All staff members have the right to be informed of the reason behind any infraction issued against them. This can only be used through our Ticket System not DM's
Right to Request Evidence:
Staff members may request to see the evidence related to their infraction. However, members of our Internal Affairs Team or higher have the authority to deny this request if disclosing the evidence would compromise the identity of the reporting party or contain sensitive information.
Right to Appeal:
Staff members have the right to appeal their infractions or terminations. However, the Directive Team holds the authority to deem certain punishments unappealable.
Right to Explain and Request a Review:
Staff members have the right to present their side of the situation. They may also request a review of their case by Head of Management or higher.
